LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell
OREA is proud to offer a Member Assistance Program (MAP) called LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell, reinforcing our organization’s commitment to our Members’ wellbeing. This wellbeing solution provides Members access to mental health, physical, social and financial support, referrals, and resources. The MAP is a confidential self-referral service that encourages OREA Members, and their dependents living in their household under the age of 25, to seek help early, before a minor problem becomes more serious.
LifeWorks is available at no cost, any time 24/7, 365 days a year, and can help you deal with a wide range of personal and work issues, including the following:
- Adoption issues
- Alcohol and drug abuse
- Anxiety
- Budgeting, financial worries and reducing debt
- Child care and parenting issues
- Concern about another person’s alcohol or drug abuse
- Conflict at work
- Crisis and trauma
- Depression
- Domestic abuse

- Job Burnout
- Legal Matters
- Relationship issues
- Separation and divorce

There are 3 ways you can access LifeWorks services:

Once you login to LifeWorks, you can:
- speak confidentially to expert advisors and counsellors for support through any modality you choose
- access clinically-verified, online wellbeing resources related to all types of personal issues from legal and money matters, to relationships, stress, dealing with anxiety or depression, caring for a child or elderly relative, or any other challenge
GENERAL PRIVACY STATEMENT
All support services are accessed voluntarily by the individual Member. Both Morneau Shepell and OREA will comply with all applicable laws relating to privacy and confidentiality. OREA will not receive any information regarding which individual Members have accessed the program or their reasons for doing so.
